Including all beds and sofas, this three bedroom, three bathroom property sleeps up to 18 people, and is the perfect place for family reunions and large group getaways.
The main floor offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining space.
Downstairs has one bedroom, one bathroom, rec room with a large television, a queen sleeper sofa and reclining sofa; and walks out onto the creek level.

All rental fees are subject to 12% state and county tax.

No smoking inside the house please. We have designated outdoor areas for this.

Cancellation fee: Cancellations 30 days prior to check in will be refunded less $20. After that, they will only be refunded (less $20) if we are able to fill your dates. If we are unable to fill your dates, your deposit will remain on credit for a future stay up to one year in the future. (subject to availability)
